• Chief HR Officer (CHRO) – Leads the HRD team and finalizes appointments.
• Task Verifier – Validates BOSSCoin-eligible activities submitted by citizens.
• Badge Allocator – Issues badges and maintains digital awards.
• Citizen Care Coordinator – Handles queries and onboarding experiences.
